121 Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy and Pre and Post-natal support.
A space to welcome all parts of you.
I use an integrative approach to emotional wellbeing that incorporates the mind and body using traditional talking therapy, somatic therapy and yoga therapy.
I also specialise in working with women during pregnancy and postpartum. As a mother myself I know how crucial supporting women is during this huge transformation.
I combine all of my trainings, learnings and lived experiences to all of my client work, and also offer individualistic perinatal support to women through the initiation of motherhood.
Integrative body-oriented talking therapy to guide you toward emotional and physical wholeness.
I’ll help you to understand how your past might be affecting you now - emotionally, psychologically, physically, socially and spiritually. We will work together one-to-one to un-earth, process and integrate these experiences.
I will support you to welcome all the different parts of yourself, allowing you to come to a place of self-compassion and self-acceptance - creating a fertile ground for growth and transformation.
