121 therapy to support you throughout growing, birthing and raising a baby - and yourself as a mother.
When a baby is born, a mother is born - and this initiation is one of the greatest rites of passage a woman can experience.
I am deeply passionate about womanhood and motherhood. I light up at the chance to support women through the monumental transition to becoming a mother and navigating this developmental phase.
I work with women throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond. I believe post-partum is for life - you will never be the same version of yourself once becoming a mother.
Supporting you and your baby
I work with women at any stage through the entire matrescence process - from the conception journey, pregnancy, pre and post-birth, and post-partum.
I combine everything I have learned as an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist with perinatal emotional health support and pregnancy yoga therapy - to support you wherever you are on this journey.
I believe the journey to becoming a mother is a long one. Women change and evolve, lose and gain parts of themselves, and experience life in many ways over the course of this journey. And it continues to evolve through all the different stages of motherhood.
I believe there isn’t enough for women during this huge inititation, and I am here to offer this support to you.

To me, post-partum is any time after a woman has given birth. It is never too late to get the support you deserve.
Supporting your physical body through the transition of post-partum - working with ailments, pelvic floor support, gaining strength and flexibility, re-balancing your body systems (hormonal, nervous system etc), re-connecting with your new body
Exploring your identity as a mother
Integrating your birthing experience - support with birth related trauma or accepting a different birth to what you expected

HOW THE SESSIONS WORK
121 sessions to support your unique needs
We will work together initially for a minimum of 6 sessions.
You will then be able to book packs of 3 or 6 sessions at a minimum.
Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly and 60 or 75 minutes.

An initial 90 minute intake session
5x 60 or 75 minute 1:1 sessions (online or in-person, Lisbon/Aroeira only)
Suggested practices and self-enquiry between sessions

Sessions are held online or in-person (Lisbon/ Aroeira only)
During the intake session we may identify some key areas to work on - this is open to change over time
Sessions will be a combination of working on areas we have discussed in previous sessions, and working on whatever it is you feel necessary to bring to a session (this could be new material)
Every session begins with grounding and regulation, giving you a chance to attune to yourself and how you are feeling
Sessions could be a combination of: talking therapy, somatic therapy, yoga therapy, pregnancy yoga/ movement, vocal work/ chanting, ritual - or more of one than another, depending on what it is you want to focus on, or where the session leads us
Online sessions require a quiet, undisturbed environment and a good WiFi connection - 95% of my clients are online and it works incredibly well
