Supporting you and your baby

I work with women at any stage through the entire matrescence process - from the conception journey, pregnancy, pre and post-birth, and post-partum.

I combine everything I have learned as an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist with perinatal emotional health support and pregnancy yoga therapy - to support you wherever you are on this journey.

I believe the journey to becoming a mother is a long one. Women change and evolve, lose and gain parts of themselves, and experience life in many ways over the course of this journey. And it continues to evolve through all the different stages of motherhood.

I believe there isn’t enough for women during this huge inititation, and I am here to offer this support to you.

 

I help many women with:

  • Supporting your body and mind through conception and pregnancy

  • Physical, emotional and mental preparation for birth

  • Un-earthing fears and beliefs toward birth and motherhood

  • Integrating birth experiences and processing birth trauma

  • Physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support during pregnancy and as a new mother

  • Gaining confidence and self-efficacy in motherhood - reducing comparison, developing boundaries, feeling good enough and finding your intuition as a mother

  • Finding self-compassion and acceptance in the complex emotional experiences of motherhood

  • Working through grief, loss and finding their identity

  • Supporting their physical body after birth

HOW THE SESSIONS WORK

121 sessions to support your unique needs

 

We will work together initially for a minimum of 6 sessions.

You will then be able to book packs of 3 or 6 sessions at a minimum.

Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly and 60 or 75 minutes.
