Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll reflect deeply on your motherhood journey, re-discover your intuition and remember the powerful woman that you’ve always been.

You’re looking for the support of a village
You mother with intention but you’re tired and don’t often have time for yourself
Some aspects of mothering feel lonely and isolating — you want to connect with other mothers and have an undisturbed conversation
You crave intimate time with yourself and other women — so you feel nourished rather than frazzled
You want to refill your inner resources so you can be a more present mother
You desire to have raw and honest conversations about matrescence (the motherhood journey), but don’t have the right space for this in your life
You desire to explore topics that often don’t get spoken about in regular mum groups e.g. sex and intimacy in early motherhood, body image and the post-partum body, mothers rage etc
You’re navigating the challenging terrain of motherhood, but don’t have time to collect your thoughts or how you feel
You want to connect to other like-souled mothers — women who are curious and utilise motherhood as a time for expansion and transformation

Bi-weekly 90 min live group calls - each call will have a theme for us to reflect upon, share experiences and discuss (e.g. mothers rage, intimacy in early motherhood etc)
*Live group calls will take place early eve (TBD) Lisbon/ London time on Tuesdays (this will be bi-weekly). Replays for these calls will not be available due participants sharing and confidentiality.

Bi-weekly 90 min live practice sessions - the practice will be linked to the theme of each week, offering a chance for deeper self enquiry
*Practice sessions will take place at 1pm Lisbon/ London time on Fridays (this will be bi-weekly). Replays for these sessions will be available.

Practices will be a combination of movement, emobodiment, somatic awareness, art, writing, mirroring and other forms of self-expression.
Some practices will be in pairs/ small groups

3x additional live group sessions for deep rest and nervous system regulation
*Times and dates for these sessions will be decided based on group availability

One 60 minute 1:1 therapeutic integration session online with me

Tools and techniques to integrate learnings and insights into daily life. Each week there will be something manageable to take action on

Weeks 1 - 2
Opening circle, finding your roots + anchoring
The first group call will be an opening of the container with a focus on grounding and finding stability and safety.
The practice session will focus on rooting down and meeting your sense of Self.

Weeks 3 - 4
The maternal body
During these two weeks you will be fully meeting your maternal body. The group call will be focused on body image, and reflections on change.
The practice session will be a combination of movement, breath, sound and self-touch - all through the lens of self-love and compassion.

Weeks 5 - 6
Identity, archetypes + grief
We will explore some key female archetypes alongside social conditioning and how this inform our identities before and after birth. We will also reflect on identity shifts and grief.
Practices for this week will be a combination of mindfulness, self-enquiry and reflection using developmental phases as a framework.

Weeks 7 - 8
Sex and intimacy after birth
We will touch on sex, intimacy and relationships after birth or in early motherhood.
Practices will involve somatic enquiry, pair work and self-reflection through writing.

Weeks 9 - 10
Mothers rage + boundaries
We will explore embodied emotions, layers of emotion and the felt sense - with a focus on perceived ‘negative’ emotions such as anger and rage.
Practices will be a combination of somatic enquiry, movement, creative expression and working with boundaries.

Weeks 11 - 12
Closing + reclaiming
These final two weeks will be focused on reclaiming your power and rebalancing your energy. Closing the container with strength and softness and a potent closing circle.
