121 Integrative Body-Oriented Talking Therapy

Therapy to address both the body and the mind - so you can better understand and process your past experiences and your emotions, and find self-acceptance in all of your humanness.

I create an environment for your nervous system to deeply settle and regulate, allowing the therapeutic process to go much deeper.

Through the integration of somatic therapy, yoga therapy and talking therapy, we can work together to explore the different parts of you using a whole-person centered approach. We will explore how your past experiences might be affecting you now—emotionally, psychologically, physically, socially, and spiritually. By bringing these experiences to light and processing them, we can help you reconnect with, and integrate the different parts of yourself.
